今天EX的杠杆一直是100倍？大家的账户也是这样的吗？去联系了客服转到技术部但是还么有改变和回复。

MT5的终端里有邮箱，每天早上8点会有邮件告知哪些品种什么时段调保证金，MT4应该也是一样的

看起来好像是不对，全天常见品种都是100倍，和平时短时间调整杠杆不一样。

这种应该是短期的，可能跟月底有关吧。大资金看月线，有大资金进出，大波动的概率就大。

关键是大家的EX账户是不是都是这样？到今天还是如此。登录网页后联系不上客服，想看看是我的线路问题还是EX的问题。

这个应该是所有用户都一样的。刚查看了一下mailbox里面的内容，7/28开始的，每天都发，基本上特定品种受影响的只是固定的时间段。比方说上午有段时间澳元纽元日元人民币受影响，下午有段时间欧元瑞郎英镑日元黄金白银受影响，晚上有段时间美股受影响，然后晚上有段时间所有品种都受影响。只适用于新开的仓位，已经开过的仓位不受这个限制。这样对于日内短线来说，还是杠杆100以内算了，不然还得看具体时间段，累就一个字。看后续会不会取消吧，不然都换其它家的用了，又不是只有ex，真是作践。

和你说的情况不一样，我遇到的不是分时段分品种，而是一直所有品种都是固定100倍的问题，刚刚又找了客服提交给技术部门。

我遇到的情况是有没有数据，一直24小时，所有品种都是固定在100倍。通过网页调节不起作用。所以现在就不用讨论是不是数据调整杠杆对吧。

奇怪了，难道ex整体降低杠杆了？但是一般的平台也是200到400啊
